Pros
Leadership is going in the right direction. Generally people who work there are neighborly even when they are being political. The company is working on improving on several fronts including inclusion and they are getting better. Personally, I like the work I do.
Cons
Internal support teams are under resourced. In order to hit your deadlines or achieve quality work, you really need to hustle for weeks and months on end. Management is aware. Middle management could be stronger at managing projects and dependencies.
