- Great place to develop and learn as a junior/mid - Wider company culture and work/life balance is good - Talented colleagues in pretty much every department - Having the company on your CV makes a difference
Cons
- Pay is not great compared to most other games companies - Can quickly hit the ceiling for development and learning - Tendency to not innovate or take risks, especially amongst those who have been at the company for a while
