      Pros

      I really enjoy working at PlayStation. There are many great designers in the org both in America and Japan. These individuals inspire with their cool designs and help newer designers grow and develop their skills . I love the sense of community the workplace has, I came from an agency so it was great surprise.

      Cons

      You probably won't get a major salary like something compared to Apple or stock options but it still has a good salary and the benefits are good too.
