Best company I've ever worked at despite low than industry pay - Marketing Manager PlayStation Employee Review

- No RSUs - Can be slow-moving as with any large company - Low than industry standard pay, but it occasionally makes up for it in annual bonuses - Laid off while the company made record profits. I would've stayed here forever if I could because I loved the mission, product, and team so much. Now every time I see my PlayStation gear, I get a pang of sadness.
