Limited hours you can work for therapeutic preschool.

I have been at PlayWorks for about a year, and I can honestly say that PWT is one of the best companies, if not THE best, that I have ever worked for! The owner, Amy, is a gracious and understanding boss and a genuinely great leader. The company has been growing immensely in the past year, and maintains its family-like vibe. Every employee is approachable and works hard to work together well. The office staff works to ensure new employees are a good fit and are always available for support. Hours are flexible and we are essentially able to create our own schedule as long as the (very acheivable) productivity is met.

Since it is a small company, benefits are not as great as they could be, but I know that the office staff is working on remedying this. I truly love my job!
