I personally have worked for quite a lot of differents studios during the last 12 years, and I want to say that Playdemic is by far the best I have ever worked for. Following are the reasons for : - The company is being lead in a very professional way, which, believe me, is not that frequent in the Video game industry. Good management. -The balance work/fun is, in my opinion, perfect. People are cool and kind, which helps a lot to be productive. Mostly, the atmosphere is also favorable to work: Pretty quiet and dynamic at the same time. - The communication is very good too, which, again, is quite rare in this industry. People are able to discuss anything in a calm and respectfull manner. No agressivity at all, and good transparency. -Great projects to work on. -Flexible time. - Lots of advantages: Free snacks, drinks, fruits, nuts, etc. Very cheap gym membership, etc. Playdemics Takes care of its employees, which is not very frequent in the industry. Lots of other good stuff to mention, I honestly recommend this company!

My only concern: sometimes a few colleagues don't observ the calm that is required within an open space/ working environnment and act a bit too much like at home: Speaking loudy about personnal stuff, laughing loudy, etc. But, truly this is minor.
