Pros
This is my first job in the gaming industry, but I can safely say that it's been a stellar first impression. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, there isn't a bad word I can say about anyone (which is a miracle compared to my previous jobs) While a fun and somewhat casual industry it is still very much professional and well managed, the team really care for one another and management always acknowledge when we've all made tremendous progress. You cant go wrong with free drinks, snacks, fruit and the team social outings are some of the craziest and most enjoyable I've ever been on. Playdemic take great pride in keeping their employees happy, as without a happy and motivated employees they lose their work power and they understand that (something that other industries and big names could really take note of)
Cons
If I'm honest, I really don't have any cons. Working here is bringing me out of a long term depression caused by awful previous employers. If you're looking for somewhere to progress with, Playdemic is your company for that.
