-decent benefits -good growth opportunities (but be ready to work) -lots of cool people to connect with -company is growing a lot and becoming more recognized

-leadership and direction are messy as the company has been prioritizing growth over improving the current divisions/teams -unfortunately the sports properties division is very misogynistic -company has been losing a lot of good people over the last few years and a lot of those losses were avoidable
