No Room to Advance; Low Wages; Poor Management - Communications Coordinator Playhouse Square Employee Review

Management acted like raises were coming out of their personal bank account; toxic “we’re all family” mentality; Little to no room to grow/be promoted/get a raise; expectation to work extra hours but not get paid extra or take comp time. Discouraged/threatened to not share salary or pay info with other employees. Little to no diversity in hiring. Overall, Playhouse Square is full of red flags - run.
