Pros
My time working here was relatively positive. There are some good humans here.
Cons
-They ended my contract and did not pay me. Ignored all advances. Treated very poorly with no empathy. This happened to others too. -Leadership - The majority of leadership need training. They lack empathy and communication is poor. Investing in people is very low on the list of priorities, so I doubt investment will be made in this area. They really should as it will have a positive impact. -Remote working - they are fully remote but lack the tools or people management to run the business effectively. Huge operational drag as a result and mental wellbeing poor amongst employees. The "freedom" of remote working and unlimited holiday has the opposite effect. -Members of staff have no clear deliverables. Again, they need training here on how to set and quantify goals. As a result, you are unable to understand where you are at.
