The only pro is that you get to work from 8-2 and have the rest of your day to do whatever. The students at each school make the experience better because they are very excited to play the different activities and help out.

This company is the worst company to work for there are no perks and you have to travel far mean that you’re spending extra money out of your pocket to get to your school locations. They fired me and another side coordinator, just before summer so that they could hire someone else to do our jobs. Even though we always reached out to management for help and there was no help given. We constantly took their advice in terms of reaching out to people email responses, making those connections and yet and still we lose our jobs. I came from working at a well established company and moving over to a nonprofit because I wanted to gain a more valuable experience, but then I realize I felt a big regret within the first two months of working at this company, lack of help and lack of team.
