Pros

Coworkers were all cool, and it was genuinely enjoyable working with the team at times.

Cons

• At first, it seemed like a place where a long-term career could work, but that impression faded quickly. • Managers spent too much time discussing employees instead of actually supporting or guiding them. • Direction from the top was inconsistent and often unclear, leaving people confused about priorities. • Employees regularly worked extra hours and weekends with little to no recognition or appreciation. • The combination of low pay, internal drama, and favoritism made it clear why many people eventually left.

Pros

There is absolutely nothing to like about working here. You will quickly realize that applying for a position at Plein Air was a huge mistake, and you will want to leave as fast as possible.

Cons

- The leadership is the biggest problem with Plein Air. - Management is not only incompetent, but also arrogant and controlling. - Leadership acts superior to everyone around them and constantly tells employees how to do their jobs, even when there is clearly no understanding of what is being discussed. - Accountability is always avoided for terrible decisions, which causes the same mistakes to happen again and again.
