Pros
I am fairly new to the organization but so far my experience has been really positive. The technology they've developed and the work we do here is really something special and the future seems bright. I feel like I've been welcomed with open arms from everyone including senior leadership across all of the departments. I also feel like I have a ton of opportunity to take things on and make an impact. I think the startup nature of the company is the big reason for that which is great. For me personally I can tell that I am going to get a ton of development here just based on how much responsibility I can take on.
Cons
The company is still very new and a lot of processes are still being stood up and worked out which is typical of a company like this. I also know that the CEO and original founder of the company left earlier this year and that they're working to hire a new one. From what I can tell though it seems like the other execs have done a good job coming together in the meantime. Also with the company being new we're not as well known so hiring in a super competitive market can be challenging when you're going up against some of the local big biotech names.
