      Pros

      Hardworking team, very dedicated employees.

      Cons

      Executive leadership comes to weekly meetings and scrambles project priorities seemingly on a whim. Lacks understanding and empathy for his team. Looks past empirical data and puts his ideas first. Misattributes work to his favorites and makes no effort to recognize or reward good work from non-favorites.

      Plexium has grown a lot in the past 12 months. We have instituted a project management system and developed discipline around setting and achieving goals. We continue to strengthen our culture to be more results-focused, innovative, collaborative and empowering.

      High growth startup, really nice people, really exciting technology

      Pros

      I am fairly new to the organization but so far my experience has been really positive. The technology they've developed and the work we do here is really something special and the future seems bright. I feel like I've been welcomed with open arms from everyone including senior leadership across all of the departments. I also feel like I have a ton of opportunity to take things on and make an impact. I think the startup nature of the company is the big reason for that which is great. For me personally I can tell that I am going to get a ton of development here just based on how much responsibility I can take on.

      Cons

      The company is still very new and a lot of processes are still being stood up and worked out which is typical of a company like this. I also know that the CEO and original founder of the company left earlier this year and that they're working to hire a new one. From what I can tell though it seems like the other execs have done a good job coming together in the meantime. Also with the company being new we're not as well known so hiring in a super competitive market can be challenging when you're going up against some of the local big biotech names.

      Pros

      At Plexium I always witnessed people given the opportunity to learn and explore areas they were interested in freely. There is room to grow but also much room to bring existing skills and qualities to the table. Sure the leadership was a bit eccentric but it worked and made things interesting. It's really on you where you want to go here

      Cons

      As in every research organization in this industry there are those who are smarter than everyone else and a few bad apples have gotten through the filtering process. The structure has been a bit loose but is tightening up because that's how optimization works! Finally, the biggest con is not with Plexium it's with ungrateful people in general. Most of the reviews I see here are from folks who are complainers. They were given a shot and thought they could cool breeze because no one was micromanaging. Ive been at a lot of biotech companies and I can honestly say. I love Plexium
