      Pros

      The digitizing process they've developed runs very smoothly and was easy to learn. It's a calm job where you can just listen to a podcast or music and do the work.

      Cons

      I think everything ran pretty smoothly, although some of the equipment they use could be upgraded.

      Pros

      The job is very fulfilling and the people that work there are so incredible. Nothing but nice things about the culture there.

      Cons

      If you work part time, hours may vary. It's typically seasonal. They let you know all of this up front, however.
