Management is a joke. Young, freshly graduated Auburn alums/fraternity brothers taking over. No clue on managing employees and relations. Only concerned with pleasing higher ups. Originally PDI was a company that valued family, but that has deastically changed within the last 5 years. Huge disconnect between departments. Consultants are usually left fending for themselves. PDI has lost his original value and is left with the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. Prehistoric software that is less than efficient.
