Pros

You might meet some cool people along the way.

Cons

The corporate culture is the most toxic I've ever experienced. It's a constant guessing game, and nobody is honest about their intentions. A lot of lying, micromanaging, sabotaging, threats and abuse. Good employees speak up, point out real problems, and then somehow they are gone not long after. That alone says a lot. A lot of decisions feel dishonest feel dishonest, corrupt, and sometimes just plain unethical, and everyone below is expected to deal with the fallout. HR does not really help when things get serious, so most people just keep quiet and do their job. Schedules change, weekends disappear, and your personal time stops feeling like your own. Most people here are either stressed, keeping their head down, or quietly looking for something better.

Pros

I've got nothing good to say about Plunge. The company is basically a sinking ship, with many employees ending up leaving after just a few months of working here. Work-life balance is unsustainable, salaries don't reflect employees' heavy workloads, opportunities to advance are scarce, and growth is limited. Definitely not a company I would recommend to anyone.

Cons

Everyone keeps leaving the company because of how toxic and hostile the people running it are! The leadership is abusive and demanding; they keep setting unrealistic expectations, which lead to employees quickly burning out. They also lack accountability and often pin the blame for their own actions on other people. The managers aren't any better; they are incompetent and have no idea how to lead people. They compensate for the ineptitude by micromanaging employees, which does nothing but hinder progress and stifle growth.
