Pros

Currently the SVP Chris has this company running into the ground.

Cons

Toxic leadership from the TOP. SVP came in a destroyed the culture in weeks. Owners to focused on money to see that their customer service and operation issues are directly connected to their SVP and any management that spoke out about his illegal practices of padding end of quarter numbers and sending out products that where known too be faulty where fired for no reason. Every employee that I know that is still there scared for their jobs and looking for new employment cause the only thing that makes sense is that they are trying to fluff the numbers to sell the company. They also still claim to have made in the USA products when they have out sourced 90 percent of manufacturing to China. This once great company that was one of the best places to work with a great culture has fell so hard away from their Core values it's a joke. If you like being berated and talked down to and have zero support from HR cause they think that passing out drinks during a heatwave is all HR should do then this is the company for you! They'll tell you it's 5 eights or 4 ten shifts then make you work the weekends and threaten your job if you say no!!

Pros

You might meet some cool people along the way.

Cons

The corporate culture is the most toxic I've ever experienced. It's a constant guessing game, and nobody is honest about their intentions. A lot of lying, micromanaging, sabotaging, threats and abuse. Good employees speak up, point out real problems, and then somehow they are gone not long after. That alone says a lot. A lot of decisions feel dishonest feel dishonest, corrupt, and sometimes just plain unethical, and everyone below is expected to deal with the fallout. HR does not really help when things get serious, so most people just keep quiet and do their job. Schedules change, weekends disappear, and your personal time stops feeling like your own. Most people here are either stressed, keeping their head down, or quietly looking for something better.
