The people are amazing, and the reason I stay here. The mission is great, and I feel like the company strives to make a difference

I feel like there is no stability due to frequent turnover, partially due to layoffs and partially due to individuals leaving after others are laid off. The backfill of these rolls is slow. This has been especially bad over the last six months
