Pros

Pay was good, and because they had no experience with saleforce.com they paid full OTE for the whole time I was there. Great snacks in all the offices, walls of snacks and drinks Great SWAG, hats, shirts, hoodie

Cons

Pricing model is so out of whack for the e-learning industry Arrogant Senior Management that things their selling Oracle Vision literally changes every 4 months at the company wide townhall Sr. Management talks about keeping promises, but my brief time there was just a whirlwind of unmet commitments they made to me. Total "bro" culture, VP's hiring buddies from former jobs, no diversity at all in the sales organization.

I’m surprised by what you’ve shared here, and grateful to know how you see things. What you described isn’t what we’re after. While we stay nimble as a business which means we may shift our strategy short term, we’re committed to our meaningful long-term vision, which hasn’t changed. And as you mentioned, we are committed to having a diverse team and an inclusive culture - we’ve made progress (started our Women at Pluralsight group, posted to hire our Head of Diversity & Inclusion, deployed a diversity & inclusion survey for our US team members, recruiting process changes, etc.) and there’s work for us to do and we’re committed to doing it! - Anita
