Pros
This company has a culture that promotes open cross departmental communication and collaboration. Unlimited PTO, fully paid insurance for all family members, health club membership reimursement and the ability to work remotely are perks not often found in other companies.
Cons
With all of the acquisitions that have been made in such a short amount of time, sometimes it is hard to merge the teams and get them all working on the same page and making the content transition seemless but really they are doing a great job. These are growing pains that can't really be avoided.
