Pros
The benefits keep growing everyday (we just got rid of 401k vesting). You are really treated as a professional and your opinion matters. I really like the way that every decision is weighed against the culture and the values.
Cons
There aren't enough programmers to get all the work done. There are a lot of great ideas that aren't getting implemented.
