Pros

- Insurance benefits were pretty good - Unlimited PTO + 2 recharge weeks - Good work/life balance for most roles - If you pay close enough attention, you'll be able to see the layoffs coming

Cons

- 3 rounds of layoffs in a 7 month span - I voiced concerns of misconduct and was ignored - Leadership brags about the growth of the India Technology Center despite that growth coming at the expense of roles that are already filled - Rapid turnover of senior and executive leadership - Little to no room for growth/career advancement

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We take reports of misconduct seriously. If you experienced misconduct during your time at Pluralsight and it wasn’t handled properly, please reach out to me directly. I’d like to understand the situation and get things sorted. I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t feel that leadership was transparent. We strive to communicate with purpose and be as transparent with team members as we can. We also consistently evaluate the effectiveness of our communication and look for ways to improve, so I appreciate your feedback. We value all of our team members and their contributions, and the decision to proceed with staff reductions was not something that was taken lightly. However, it was a necessary step as part of our plan to ensure we’re best positioned for future success. -Will
