      Pros

      Ever since I started at the beginning of the year at Podium, I have been amazed at the people and how much they (WE) believe in each other and in our product. It's refreshing to come into work and not have to worry about having the resources I need to be successful.

      Cons

      Sometimes it gets hard to keep up with some changes, but it's all apart of enjoying the ride.
