Enthusiasm is everywhere at Podium and at all levels. Rare is it to see such a team environment where everyone supports one another and is willing to help. Minimal drama with maximum levels of optimism.
Cons
The company is growing at a tremendous rate and its tricky at times to keep up with all that is new (from the people to the product)
