      Pros

      stocked food fridges, free EV charging, catered meals once a week, unlimited PTO, great benefits. What's not to like?

      Cons

      it's only a downside if you look at it that way, but Podium doesn't have your typical "ladder" when it comes to advancement. Podium is an escalator moving 100mph, if you can keep up with the speed, you're going to move up.
