Work-life balance is something that we are truly able to have and live here at Podium. I just had a baby and since they have Onsite Daycare here (which by the way 50% of your monthly payments are covered by the company) everything has been so much easier. To be able to drop off my baby at the daycare and walk to work is incredible. Having him so close gives me a chance to be able to also visit him on breaks and during lunch, if I'm taking a lunch. This is just one example of how supportive Podium is in helping us maintain a healthy balance between work and life.
