Poor Leadership Practices - Anonymous employee Podium Employee Review

Leadership doesn't uphold their end of promises to employees. Hired on with expectation of a 401k match, that was taken away. Was also hired on with expectation to be a fully remote employee, that too has now been taken away. This is going to severely increase the cost of living for local employees as we now have to pay for added expenses such as childcare, transportation, etc.
