Pros
I've been here a long time, and I've seen Podium in a lot of different phases. An honest review, If you're looking to work really hard and grow your career (actually make a mark somewhere), Podium will be a great place for you. I've never worked or been pushed harder, but I've also never felt more fulfilled in a job. I fully believe Podium is going places and it's allowed me to grow in areas I didn't even know were possible.
Cons
It's a fast paced work environment. It's not a place for everyone, but if you have that drive and ambition this "con" in my opinion is actually a pro. Podium will always give back ten-fold what you put in.
