Pros
So many of the people I get to work with on the design, product, and engineering teams are genuinely good people. No doubt has Podium gone through a lot of change over the last 6-12 months, but it's created a ton of opportunity for everyone and the energy is incredible right now. The sense of purpose and mission feel great right now.
Cons
Not many cons right now. Things change fast around here, but I see that as a good thing because it creates opportunity for everyone to play a role in the success of Podium.
