Pros
What an awesome place Podium is to work! As a female Account Managers here at Podium, I love my job and the way in which im supported by the leadership team to be successful in my role. We have a large number of females working in our business. 75% of our Account Management team is female, 75% of our marketing team is female and a large portion of our leadership/admin/support team is female and i feel very lucky to be part of this team. I am empowered to make decisions in my role and have the full support and backing of my managers.
Cons
Not a con at all but Podium is a high performance culture, everyone works hard and we get paid well for what we do. Our targets are VERY achievable with the right work ethic and attitude. Some may perceive this as 'unreasonable' however are ultimately unable to keep up with the pace. Podium isn't for everyone, you need to be 100% on point every single day, but thats what makes this place special. The leadership team are incredibly transparent with the whole team on our goals and visions which creates comfort in knowing we are heading in the right direction as a team and business.
