Pros

The company has great perks if that's something that you're into. However, great perks do not mean great work environment.

Cons

Too many to count. The baseline is that the role you would be hired for as an EA or facilities manager is not at all what they advertise or tell you it is. You will also not be paid the same as your peers. You will be required to do pretty much everything except the job you were hired for. -EA #1 makes $120k -EA #2 makes $110k (has since termed and the new pay range is $60k). Do you really want to make half of what one peer is making for the same work? -EA #3 makes $90k -EA #4 makes $80k -EA's are required to attend to all personal tasks including taking care of executive's children, purchasing multiple meals per day so that the executive can pick and choose what they want, taking care of your executives animals, bringing the car around for your executive, planning family parties for your executive that are not held during work hours, and the list goes on. This is not an EA role and you will not be valued for the work experience you have, only what personal tasks you can do for the executive that promised not to give you personal tasks. -Facilities manager makes $80k. At times, as the facilities manager, you will get a drop shipment of pallets of furniture for an executive, which you are required to set up and deliver to said executive. -The company has outsourced their HR team to Pakistan. So, people in another country have your personal data. In addition to that, very important HR and benefits policy changes will come out via Slack to your managers and hope it reaches you. -If you're looking for a company where the executives plan for and join company-wide events, don't work here. The executives never attend company events. It's not a priority for them and they don't want to and won't show face for the solidarity of the staff. -The company is pro-abortion. If you are conservative or religious, you should know that they support and subsidize abortion here.
