Pros
Interview process is quick. Training was nice but lacked substantive strategies that would benefit anyone. Free monsters. Free food.
Cons
There is no direction at any level. The c-suite says more but gives no applicable targets. Management says if you have a pulse you should be calling. The overall strategy is spray and pray. They care less about helping local businesses win and more about how many people they can sign up regardless if the company needs or wants the product.
