Doesn't matter where you start from, Podium will open the door for anyone who puts in the work and seizes the opportunity. Many of our former SDR's are in AE Managers and VP roles. Incredible talent (high achievers) to learn from, but no "bro" culture or "old boys club". We're competitive and want to win, but we help others win as well. It's a fast and chaotic environment that leads to tremendous growth. Podium believes in developing their people!

Extremely fast paced (which could be a con for some, although most people seem to like that) It's monthly quotas, not quarterly
