Pros
Podium lets you take a lot of ownership with your work. You can present to leadership on things you're working on without having to go through a lot of middle management. Podium promotes quickly and fairly. Engineering department is all extremely great to work with. CTO is a great leader.
Cons
It can be hard to get leadership to prioritize and you can burn yourself out if you were to do everything that's asked of you. 5 days a week in-office for local employees
