Pros
As a fully remote employee, this has been an amazing experience! You can expect several quality swag drops throughout the year and a monthly $20 DoorDash creadit. I love the people I'm working with. I'm excited about the product and the positive impact we make on small businesses. I feel that I'm contributing to the positive customer experience we strive for and enjoy helping other employees to do the same. I'm also compensated fairly for my work. I'm excited about Eric Rea's vision for the company. The future at Podium is looking very bright!
Cons
Since Podium is growing and adding new roles, including mine, my onboarding experience was a little rough (ie not knowing process when trying to get access to some tools/training required for job). However, I know this was an exception and not the rule. After a bumpy start it has been a great experience.
