Would not recommend getting a job here if you have a career mentality or the expectations to grow with the company. Some leaders have no respect an are willing to exploit the employee. You will not have 1 job but many with NO potential chance for a raise that comes with the knowledge of those many jobs. There is definitely favoritism to Hispanic vs the variety other ethnicity. Majority of the leaders are Hispanic for which most don't speak or understand English.
