9yIt’s disappointing to hear about your experience as an employee at PointClear and it’s very unusual as this is not feedback we hear from current or former employees. Through both our employee satisfaction and exit interviews, employees give us very high ranks for training, communication and work environment. In fact, we have a number of former PointClear associates who attribute their later success (as VPs of Sales, Director of Inside Sales, National Account Managers) to our managers and training programs. Our average tenure of over three years and the fact that over 20% of our employee base at any one time consists of individuals who worked with us for a few years and asked to return after working elsewhere confirms this.
