Permitted time off as necessary for work/life balance, albeit unpaid

Terribly secretive. No transparency in managerial staff. Breeds mistrust and toxic work environment. No one feels safe.

They will micromanage you to death When your manager gets bored, she will micromanage you some more Job is very monotonous Management is not always on the same page. One manager will tell you to do things one way while another manage will tell you to do it a different way Management promotes a culture of fear, rather than mutual respect. Very high turnover
