Pros

Great co-workers willing to step up to get the job done.

Cons

Ownership puts his ego above taking care of employees. He interjects himself into meetings that he has no business being in, and argues with others within the meeting.

Pros

Lots of great culture pushes, benefits, personal development focus. An amazing place to develop and grow, especially if you are ready to put in the work to earn it (but don't worry, during work hours. Work/life balance is protected and respected)

Cons

The company is evolving, in a positive way, but as it grows there have been come communication siloing pains. I have faith this is something that is going to resolve with ongoing changes.

- Small and growing company - true ability to see the impact of your work - Ability to try new things, influence and enhance processes & workflows - Collaborative culture, team members work together and do a great job celebrating wins - Leaders who get in the weeds and do the work alongside teams

Cons

- Growing pains of a scaling company; bumps in processes as they change and siloed communication at times - Headcount & tooling at times lag behind business needs
