Pros
-brand -convening power -access to government and White House -data-driven work -dedicated staff (though morale still low, and most people are actively searching for other jobs) -$$$ -Amazing PTO and benefits -Travel for work
Cons
-People who have left recently and in past years have all said the same thing. This CEO is not the best person to lead Polaris anymore. Subject matter expertise does not equal sound leadership and management abilities. What will it take for the Board to pay attention and seriously consider a leadership transition? How many waves of Polaris employees burned by this "anti-human trafficking" organization need to leave? Some people have left the organization feeling "traumatized." -Unclear promotions -DIVERSITY in executive leadership, senior leadership, all staff really
