      Strong and intentional culture of excellence. Get to work with smart people who take ownership and accountability in all they do while supporting each other in our start up team.

      Cons

      Start ups have their ups and downs but Polly is one I would join again any day.

      - Empowerment: Everyone at the company is empowered to do there best work. - Customer-focus: I've never been a part of a company that's more focused on creating an amazing customer experience. - Benefits: Amazing insurance policy and just started a 401(k) program. Definitely built for families.

      Cons

      A Lean team sometimes means long hours. Nothing crazier than the average startup!
