      Great, compassionate team. Good payscale for Pakistan. Benefits are good and unlimited PTO is not a catch, team is actually flexible with time off.

      Slow personal growth. Legacy product needs to be carried with new development. Rare compensation increase.

      Strong and intentional culture of excellence. Get to work with smart people who take ownership and accountability in all they do while supporting each other in our start up team.

      Cons

      Start ups have their ups and downs but Polly is one I would join again any day.
