      Great employees, Gary and Jeff provided the best Management style development I have ever worked with.

      Cons

      Sold the Company, however, still doing Business as Polygon Homes, but different owners and Management.

      Pros

      They make you valued. Make you feel like there is some room for advancement

      Cons

      There is no room for advancement. Pay is typically less than any other developer will offer. Bonuses are laughable. Way better companies to work for, skip poly. You will make no decisions, and have no opinion.
