- Company culture: the team is amazing, positive, talented and supportive. Lives out the core values - Career opportunities: truly can design your own career path - Design: some of the best project opportunities in AND outside of the Family of Companies - Established but with an entrepreneurial mindset. The team is always pushing themselves and trying new things - Flexibility: hybrid in office/wfh schedule that is extremely flexible. We have the autonomy to work when we need to and take care of the rest of life in tandem. We are trusted to do our jobs and manage our time accordingly - Lots of PTO, benefits from Rocket
Cons
- Being a small firm that is a part of a huge company like Rocket can sometimes feel disjointed in terms of how tech and some other benefits/processes are managed - Would've said working in a basement (albeit a cool basement), but we are moving to a new office in early '24!
dPOP is one of the most innovative companies I've encountered and had the pleasure to work for. Always challenging the status quo and creating space unique to each client's brand and culture, dPOP truly values its clients and team members. Work/life balance is fully supported and encouraged for all team members.
Cons
As is the culture within most start-ups, the workload does require certain team members to wear a few hats. There is tremendous opportunity for individuals to take on additional responsibility for growth and development due to the nature of growing business needs.
