Pros

The drink is great and people love it.

Cons

Leadership is unreasonable in expectations. Expectation to work a minimum of 12-18 hr days, every day. Expected to work if sick or on vacation. 24/7 availability. VPs and Sales Execs are mean and do not care for anyone's human needs. Misleading, isolation, manipulation, and gaslighting are constant. You are discouraged from having any normal interaction with co-workers or friendly chats. It's all about image and ego. There is no way to succeed. The business is growing insanely to the great sacrifice and mistreatment of employees. Complete lack of empathy from leadership, no one is happy.

*low compensation *professional development/growth opportunities *Sales bonus metrics have no rhyme or reason and are getting more difficult to reach every quarter
