The end results that we were helping people. The long term employees who were committed to producing the best products with a strong focus on quality.

The management were out of touch with the day to day operations. The front office had little appreciation for the staff behind the double doors who were actually making the products. This was most evident when they sold the company and collected their paychecks and everyone else just lost their jobs.
