I've recently joined Portfolio and I'm absolutely loving it! To anyone coming through our interview process, I want to quickly address that the negative reviews on here are not a true reflection of the business in my opinion!
People are great, the CGO was the first person I met during my interview process and the first reason I wanted to join. She and all the Directors have an energy and passion that I haven't seen in Recruitment in a while. I knew I had to work with these people!
Strong tenure across the business, consistent training and development and a very stable and supportive senior leadership team who are fair and reward well.
For 360 Consultants - the no threshold comms scheme, bonus scheme and incentives are great. Client platform is really impressive and we have warm desks - again something I haven't seen in a long time!
I can see a long term career here which I couldn't see in my last couple of roles. I love the people, the buzz and culture. The business is high performing, there are exciting growth plans ahead and there is an "in it together" mentality.
Cons
None that I can see currently. Since I've joined we've taken steps to modernise and have introduced things like dress down days and early finish on a Friday to come in line with the market. We needed to do that and we have.
