7yThank you for your time supporting our families here at Potomac Case Management. One of our goals is to remain competitive with our pay ranges and we work hard to continually find ways to improve compensation and benefits for all employees. We're happy to say that it has been some time since we moved away from the PPU (pay per unit) compensation model. Case Managers are paid an annual salary as well as overtime if they work over 40 hours a week. We also now have a bonus structure for visits made above the minimum expectation. This also means staff are paid for staff meetings & any time working with clients or working on administrative tasks to support a client's goals. We also have a reimbursement policy for approved activity expenditures. Thank you for your feedback; it always helps us improve.
