Hard to get fired (Meaning mistakes are understood. They are more interested in you learning and being safe.)
Great benefits (new bonus program is a joke)
Company really cares about their customers.
Employee lunches, cookouts, ice cream occasionally.
Very specialized products.
Cons
Pay (whatever you start at is what you will make. Usually a yearly 3%increase)
Incompetence and laziness is tolerated.
Employee treatment/value is determined by your position.
Little opportunity for advancement. When it happens you are kept in your position for a long time while your replacement is trained.
Management does retaliate against employees. (Ie cold shoulder, more difficult/extra work assigned)
Company does not enforce internal processes and procedures. (Causes confusion and makes work harder)
